  • Audit Score: Meeting targeted values on a monthly basis

  • Infection Control: Maintaining a 90% compliance rate
  • Reprocessing, Bio Medical Waste Management, Machine Maintenance, Medication Management, Complications: Ensuring seamless operations
  • Management & Concentrates Preparation: Overseeing efficient management
  • Action and Closure on NCs (Within Timeframe): Promptly addressing and resolving non-conformities
  • DRR, Consumption Report: Analyzing and optimizing resource utilization
  • Efficiency: Supporting senior technicians and clinic in-charges to achieve minimum 80% efficiency
  • Cost Optimization: Properly utilizing consumables, electricity, water, and managing patient and staff rosters to minimize repair and maintenance costs
  • Lab Entries, Treatment Completeness, and Patient Admission: Ensuring 100% adherence in EuCliD

Patient Care Management:

  • Patient Satisfaction Survey: Achieving a quarterly satisfaction rating of at least 4.5 out of 5
  • Patient Dropout and Transfer: Limiting dropout and transfer rates to 3% or less
  • RQMT Reporting: Accurately reporting incidents as per policy to senior technicians and operations teams
  • LAB Compliance: Conducting serology tests every three months and monthly LABS as per nephrologist-written prescriptions
  • Vaccination of Patients: Adhering to FMC policies for patient vaccinations
  • Clinical KPI Target Achievement: Collaborating with nephrologists to implement and achieve clinical targets
  • Patient Routine Assessment: Regularly assessing patients

Infection Control:

  • Reprocessing: Ensuring proper reprocessing procedures
  • Bio Medical Waste: Managing bio medical waste effectively
  • Machine Disinfection and Maintenance: Regularly disinfecting and maintaining machines
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Crash Cart Maintenance: Ensuring crash carts are properly maintained and functional
  • Emergency Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspecting and maintaining emergency equipment
