Charles River Architect/Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Charles River Architect/Engineer to join our team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our investment management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to support our asset management functions, including portfolio management, multi-asset trading, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with traders and portfolio managers to address Manager Workbench setup, enhancements, and issues related to modeling, rebalancing, and trade workflow setup.
* Work with portfolio compliance to assist with pre- and post-trade compliance testing, AS OF compliance setup, and enhancement requests.
* Create, modify, and implement different types of CRIMS workflow rules, instrument defaults, user setup, privileging, import/export translations, and custom solutions.
* Assist with CRIMS batch imports, data validation, security setup, workflow rules, and custom trade files for custodians, third parties, and valuation groups.
* Coordinate with various information systems teams, including onshore staff, to raise support tickets and resolve issues.
* Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
* Help with unit and systems integration testing of CRIMS version and patch upgrades.
* Provide high-touch on-call support to critical issues and production releases.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* 8+ years of experience in technology, with 3+ years of Charles River platform experience and version 20R1 or higher.
* Strong knowledge of SQL, C#.NET, and development experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task in a high-paced work environment.
* Ability to work with remote teams spread across different geographies and time zones.
