Job Title: Calibration Engineer Trainer

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver training programs focused on calibration and qualification of critical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver training on the calibration of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  2. Guide maintenance practices to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  3. Train participants on the proper use and handling of reference standards during calibration activities.
  4. Evaluate understanding and application of regulatory documentation requirements for calibration and maintenance records.
  5. Develop modules on corrective action planning, deviation handling, and troubleshooting in calibration processes.
  6. Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments for real-world application.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest standards, guidelines, and calibration technologies.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Calibration of instruments: temperature, pressure, flow, balances, HPLC/GC.
  • Maintenance planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in reference standards and traceability.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and related compliance documentation.
  • Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) planning for calibration-related deviations.
  • Industry experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and automotive calibration practices.
  • Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.
