Software Engineering Leadership Position

As a seasoned technology leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of cutting-edge IOT-based web applications and their supporting backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovation, improve performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure web applications using Microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop and implement best practices for software development, DevOps, and continuous integration to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Mentor and coach engineers at various stages of their career, fostering growth and professional development.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in software product development, with at least 2 years in managing a software team.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies like IOT, Big Data Analytics, AWS or Azure Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL Database management.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and SAFE Agile.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, including JavaScript frameworks like Angular and ReactJS.
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
