We are seeking a skilled CAD Design Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

CAD Design Engineer Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD design is required for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in Creo with expertise in part design, GD&T, and SPI standards for plastic design.
  • Collaboration with plastic tool makers and injection molders to ensure design for manufacture requirements is essential.
  • Skill in concept generation and creative problem-solving is highly valued.
  • This role involves designing electromechanical enclosures.
  • Good design practices and experience with DFMEA are necessary.
  • Mechanical Engineering design and analysis skills including structural analysis of molded parts are required.
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA) are key aspects of this role.
  • Rapid prototyping is also involved.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration is essential.
