Job Description

In this key position, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our stakeholders to uncover their business requirements and challenges. Then, you will use your analytical skills to perform data-driven analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present strategic recommendations to our stakeholders.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning software.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in supply chain planning.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience with process creation, test planning, and project leadership.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Technical Skills:

Supply Chain Planning Expertise


• Deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).


• Advanced scripting experience using custom languages for data manipulation and workflow automation.


• Experience in integrating supply chain planning systems with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.


• Proficiency in building and maintaining data models to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows.


• Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards, and optionally connect with Business Intelligence platforms.


• Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations


• Functional and technical experience in Supply Chain Management


• Documenting requirements and processes


• Working collaboratively in a team environment


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Supply Chain Planning Author certification or Contributor certification will be an added advantage
