- Coordinate with clients for approvals and ensure expectations are met with quality, creativity, and strategic alignment.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content management roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviour.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation or willingness to learn integration of social strategies with automation journeys and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand tonality.
- Proficiency in platform analytics tools to track and report performance.
