Job Overview:

The MaxVal Product Implementation team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of our flagship product, Symphony. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a geographically distributed team, designing and developing a Salesforce packaged application that is used by high-profile customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers, practitioners, and internal business groups to design and develop new product features.
  • Participate in technical discussions, influencing technical decisions and trade-offs between configuration and customization.
  • Develop and manage a Salesforce development team (offshore) in an Agile environment.
  • Utilize SOQL APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex call outs, and other development tools to build custom functionality.
  • Thoroughly understand SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines for implementing efficient functionality.
  • Design and develop integrations from Force.com to upstream and downstream applications using Force.com API(s).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience on the Force.com platform.
  • 4+ years of experience with Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce Lightning, and SOQL.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and features, capabilities, best use, and how to deploy.
  • Experience defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications in a technical role.
