Job Title: Model N Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Model N Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in Model N Flex application, with 4–5 years of experience across Model N Modules (MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, GP Programs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.
  • Experience with BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) – added advantage.
  • Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors.
  • Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology.
