We help professionals and graduates unlock high-growth opportunities in the BFSI domain through industry-recognized programs like Investment Banking, Financial Modeling, and Accounting. As a key player, your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads generated through campaigns, webinars & website inquiries, understand learner goals, and recommend the right course fit.
Your role will also involve pitching premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance, building strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups, and owning and exceeding sales targets through consultative selling.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles, excellent communication & persuasion skills, and experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred). Additionally, knowledge of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus) and proficiency with CRM tools (like NPF/LSQ) and lead tracking are desirable.
