Job Title: Partner Integration and API Optimisation SpecialistAbout the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an experienced professional in API integration and optimization.

  • Lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance identifying areas for improvement and lead optimisation efforts.
  • Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve seamless integration of APIs to enhance business operations.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive continuous optimisation.
  3. Evaluate integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration outcomes.
  5. Ensure high-quality service delivery through efficient communication and project management.
  6. Promote innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience delivering end-to-end API integrations preferably within the travel technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira ClickUp Trello or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
