High-Performance C++ Software Engineer

We're seeking a skilled C++ software engineer to join our application development team. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance C++ applications and software solutions within the application development team.\
  • Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.\
  • Guide and coach the development team on self-organizing to deliver high-quality increments.\
  • Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.\
  • Collaborate with product owners to ensure a clear and well-groomed product backlog.\
  • Ensure technical excellence in C++ development, including writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.\
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive best practices in C++ development.\
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.\

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++ Development.\
  • Minimum 3+ years of parallel experience as a Scrum Master.\
  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming language.\
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.\
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.\
  • Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide development teams.\
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.\
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.\
