At our organization, we are seeking a professional to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of High-Stakes Test Centers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Job Description
  • We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to coordinate scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring the utilization of HSTCs and recommending adjustments or expansions based on demand.

This role involves managing accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs, verifying exam volumes, and facilitating timely payments.

  • The ideal candidate will also oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Additional responsibilities include handling requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate internal teams.

The successful candidate will be required to conduct visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment.
  • Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2) is required, with extra languages desired.
  • Advanced computer literacy is essential, with ECDL Advance level certification desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary, along with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support operational needs is essential.
