Job Title: Machinery Operations SpecialistThe Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinery Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in nutraceutical production.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and efficient production by following standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machines, conducting routine equipment checks, maintaining product quality standards, recording machine operating data, and reporting equipment malfunctions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and assist during audits and inspections.

This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in machinery rectification/maintenance within Nutraceuticals, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is required.
  • A diploma/degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is desirable, along with certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO 22000.
