Job Title: Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Purchasing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure prompt delivery.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and implement effective inventory control measures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize processes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of procurement software.
