About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position as a Content Strategist for Digital Marketing at Hiranya Hasta Solutions in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all digital marketing platforms, developing engaging content strategies, optimizing digital performance, and executing effective communication strategies to enhance the brand's online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SMM, and email marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 depending on experience. A competitive benefits package will also be offered to the selected candidate.
