Job Title: Automation Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead to oversee our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust automation strategy across our web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, ensuring scalable and maintainable test architecture.
  • Create and execute test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers through code reviews, training sessions, and leadership in quality culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to inform testing decisions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
  • Drive process improvements, including tooling upgrades and environment stability enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
