Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain policies, including Enterprise Risk Management and ICAAP.
  • Calculate Expected Credit Loss (ECL) under the IndAS framework, involving asset staging, forward-looking probability of default estimation, lifetime ECL computation, and macro-economic variable incorporation.
  • Design and create risk reporting dashboards and management information systems.
  • Conduct stress testing and prepare RAROC estimates.
  • Prepare ICAAP and track quarterly performance based on key indicators within the risk appetite framework. Manage Pillar II Risks under Basel regulations, including experience in quantifying these risks.
