Enhance AI Reliability and Quality as a Lead

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee the reliability and quality of our AI products. Working closely with our development team, you will be responsible for designing test cases, executing test scenarios, and identifying potential data-related issues in our AI models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans to assess the functional performance of our AI models.
  • Analyze AI-generated outputs to detect discrepancies, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues.
  • Present and document test results effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in software testing and automation, with a focus on data validation.
  • Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices.
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and natural language processing.
  • Practical experience in applying AI to technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and scripting on various automation tools.
  • Knowledge of REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
