Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Support: Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Software Support: Provide assistance with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement a robust data backup and recovery strategy to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Network Administration: Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
• Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.
• System Audit and Budget Management: Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize our IT budget.
• Email and Collaboration Tools: Ensure the smooth operation of our email and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office 365.
• Vendor Management: Manage our relationships with IT vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services and products.
