Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in credit risk model development, monitoring, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building predictive models using linear and non-linear algorithms, including logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting machines.

  • A strong understanding of business rule engines and IT processes is essential for this role. The candidate should also have experience working with big data and knowledge of credit bureau data and account aggregator data.

  • Familiarity with industry trends, product knowledge, and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this position.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

">

  • Credit Risk Model Development: 4-9 years of relevant work experience in credit risk model development, monitoring, and deployment.

  • Algorithmic Experience: Experience of building risk models using both linear / non-linear algorithms (logistic regression, decision tree, random forest and various GBM algorithms)

  • Coding Languages: Preferred Coding languages: Python, Pyspark, SQL

  • Big Data:

  • Experience of working on big data
