Quality Assurance Professional

At the core of our organization, we have a Quality Assurance Manager role that oversees and ensures compliance with industry standards, certifications, and statutory requirements. A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Quality Systems, ISO-9000 standards, BIS License & compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per ISO 9000 and other applicable standards.
  • Manage and renew BIS Licence and ensure product quality meets certification requirements.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure adherence to customer and regulatory specifications.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, audit findings, and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality complaints, conducting investigations, and implementing improvements.
  • Lead and train the QA team to build a strong quality-focused culture across the plant.
  • Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) expertise
  • ISO-9000, BIS certification process
  • Wire industry standards & specifications
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Wire Industry.
  • B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering (mandatory).
