Job Title: Chief Development Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cross-functional development teams and oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management with a background in Java development
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams of 5-10 members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
