Visa Consultant Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire visa application process, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview clients to assess suitability and gather necessary documentation.
  • Oversee the completion of relevant visa documents and ensure timely submission.
  • Verify client-provided information and prepare accurate legal documents.
  • Prepare fee quotes and necessary information for clients, colleagues, or authorities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Facilitate clients in obtaining visas, green cards, and other required documentation.
  • Take full responsibility for immigration operations, staying up-to-date with legislative changes.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
