  • Work in a multiple disciplinary team to undertake various tasks, mentor junior SW engineers, and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting.
  • Understand requirements and come up with high-level design and decompose them into detailed design.
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Ability to create software detailed design and support implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams.
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills and liaise with wider global teams within the company.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • A total of 8+ years of experience with minimum 3+ years of experience in application design and development.
  • Should have worked in a complex automotive project owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation.
  • Experienced in design and development of software solutions in AUTOSAR.
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++.
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process.
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms.
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
  • Good understanding of ISO26262.
