Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and deployment of innovative AI models. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python programming, machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Develop AI Models: Create and deploy machine learning models tailored for real-world applications, focusing on solving complex business or technical challenges.
  2. Work with Large Datasets: Handle large volumes of data, perform data preprocessing, and conduct feature engineering to improve data quality and relevance.
  3. Evaluate Model Performance: Use appropriate metrics to evaluate model performance, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into the product pipeline and production systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong Python Background: Proficiency in Python programming and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  2. Cloud Platform Experience: Familiarity with cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure for deploying, scaling, and managing ML models and data pipelines.
  3. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces and apply best techniques to solve them.
  4. Communication and Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions to stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
  1. Generative AI and LLM Tuning: Hands-on experience working with Generative AI models, like GPT-3 or similar LLMs, and familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance LLMs' ability to generate accurate, context-aware responses.
  2. Deep Learning: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Transformers, and implementing these models for tasks like image recognition, text processing, or language understanding.
