Job Title: Strategic Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and/or data modeling experience, as well as a comprehensive understanding of data modeling concepts.

The successful candidate will work closely with agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products that serve our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across various stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements and deliver a working reconciliation solution.
  • Create and maintain relevant analysis and modeling artifacts that enable development teams to develop working products.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming logical entities and attributes, physical tables and columns, definitions, and appropriate data types and lengths.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong data analysis and/or data modeling experience (4-8 years).
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Ability to translate high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with business and technical teams.
