The company has two divisions AuraKomms and AuraShots AuraKomms specializes in advertising event management and digital marketing while AuraShots is a stock photo e-commerce portal offering classic Indian images.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Mumbai the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships creating and delivering presentations providing customer service and account management.

  • Responsibilities include managing key client accounts taking ownership of deliverables whilst following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team.
  • Coordinate and plan for pre-shoot on-shoot and post-shoot activities manage the digital marketing and social media content calendar every month make strong PowerPoint presentations and execute digital marketing campaigns for both AuraKomms and AuraShots.

Key qualifications include experience in Client Services Client Relations Digital Marketing and Account Management skills excellent customer service skills strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills ability to multitask prioritize work and meet deadlines.
