Enterprise Lawyer

• Manage contractual arrangements with vendors and related enterprise documentation ensuring robust agreements that satisfy all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Procure appropriate legal templates and ensure overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external vendors to negotiate agreements and provide support to stakeholders as necessary.

• Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
• Detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong research analytical and drafting skills.
• Business acumen and qualifications as a qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE.
