Job Title: Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end services using Java Spring Boot for website management platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Back-End Services: Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java Spring Boot for website management platforms.
  • Implement RESTful APIs: Implement and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between front-end systems and microservices.
  • Collaborate with Front-End Developers: Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Architect Microservices: Architect and build scalable and secure microservices for user management, content delivery, order processing, and analytics.
  • Ensure Secure Integrations: Ensure secure and optimized integrations with third-party systems and services, including payment gateways and external APIs.
  • Design and Optimize Database Schemas: Leverage PostgreSQL and other databases to design and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions.
  • Deploy and Monitor Microservices: Utilize Azure Cloud Services to deploy, monitor, and maintain microservices in a scalable, distributed environment.
  • Implement Authentication and Authorization: Implement authentication, authorization, and data security using standards like OAuth2, JWT, and HTTPS/TLS.
  • Develop Logging and Error-Handling Mechanisms: Develop and maintain logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms for back-end systems.
  • Conduct Unit Testing and Code Reviews: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Automate CI/CD Pipelines: Work with DevOps engineers to automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Deploy Applications in Linux-Based Environments: Deploy and manage applications in Linux-based environments with strong proficiency in system administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of database design and optimization
