Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive curriculum and effective team collaboration.
  • Refine and Optimize Content: Utilize data analytics and feedback to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with the team.
  • Content Creation Experience: Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working on language learning platforms.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration, mentorship, and strategic planning.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization, capable of developing innovative solutions.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Swedish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in language and education.
