Design Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating architectural designs, managing design projects, and overseeing construction drawings.

  • This is a full-time on-site role that requires the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring designs meet regulatory and safety standards, and following all architectural standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs and manage design projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Create high-quality construction drawings and oversee their implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that designs meet their needs.
  • Ensure that designs comply with regulatory and safety standards, as well as industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in design management and construction drawings is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills are required to succeed in this position.
  • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
