Shopify Front-End Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Front-End Developer with experience in Shopify and JavaScript to fill this role.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the client side of our Shopify e-commerce platform using DOM manipulation, asynchronous JavaScript, and complex CSS.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and customizing Shopify themes using DOM manipulation, asynchronous JavaScript, complex CSS, liquid, and meta fields.
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing them for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies and applying them to development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Shopify experience
  • DOM manipulation
  • CSS expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Git
  • Liquid framework (A must)
  • Asynchronous JavaScript knowledge and experience
  • graphQL
  • React js
Benefits:

This position is a full-time remote opportunity that can start ASAP. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.
