Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Perfumer with proven experience driving fragrance innovation for personal care, home care, and beauty products.

Fragrance Development Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop unique fragrances: Create distinctive scents that set our products apart.
  • Evaluate fragrance submissions: Assess submissions from leading fragrance houses to add proprietary value.
  • Performance Optimization: Leverage GC-MS analysis, sensory testing & consumer insights to optimize performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, marketing & supply chain teams for seamless product integration.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of market trends, sustainability goals & regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 - 8 Years in FMCG or Cosmetics.
  • Educational Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech in Chemistry, Perfumery, or related field.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative thinker with analytical skills & ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Innovation & Sustainability: Passion for Innovation, Sustainability & Mentorship.
