Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Nutrition Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about nutrition and want to make a difference in people's lives.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nutritional programs that promote health and well-being.
  • Conduct food service and supervise activities of a department providing food services, counseling individuals, and dietetic departments.
  • Plan and conduct food service or nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health.
  • Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance.
  • Manage a cost-effective food production operation, distributing high-quality meals/snacks, and monitoring sanitation and safety standards in a food service setting.
  • Coordinate all dietary activities in the facility, acting through the food service supervisors and dietary technicians.
  • Execute consulting practices to provide expertise in nutrition, as well as promote health and prevent disease.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in nutrition and dietetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams.
