About the Role


  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the Data Science and AI Consulting Practice, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Client Engagement and Delivery: Lead client engagements from inception to delivery, serving as a trusted advisor on data analytics, AI strategy, and implementation with a solution mindset.
  • Team Management: Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of data and AI consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth and revenue generation through proactive business development efforts, including client prospecting, proposal development, and partnership building.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish the practice as a thought leader in the data analytics and AI space through publications, speaking engagements, and participation in industry events.


The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, AI technologies, and industry trends, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the practice's capabilities, service offerings, and market presence.
  • Deliver client engagements in the Data and Analytics area, delighting customers and ensuring organizational profitability norms are adhered to.
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic business decisions and initiatives.
  • Establish the practice as a thought leader through publications, speaking engagements, and participation in industry events.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Cloud Data, Data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related fields, with 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics and AI projects, driving business impact and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, AI technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Consulting mindset with a proven track record of working with customers on their transformational initiatives in Data and Analytics areas.
