Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests promptly.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform scheduled reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Submit knowledge base article updates for new and existing issues to maintain a comprehensive library of solutions.
  • Own and drive user issues to resolution through effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
