Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled recruiter to leverage their expertise in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various non-technical positions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including job boards and referrals.
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to guarantee accurate candidate information.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Verify references and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continually enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruiting non-IT positions, such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruitment or recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools, such as Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
