About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Accounts Manager/Director to spearhead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing accounts, ensuring accurate statutory deductions, and preparing timely financial statements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Process all Purchase Orders (POs), Supplier Bills, and related bills with supporting documents.
    • Prepare monthly TDS statements with reconciliation reports.
    • Create and submit PC/Labour Liability Statements for approval of payments.
    • Prepare timely Supplier Liability Statements according to guidelines.
    • Generate Bank Reconciliation Reports.
    • Update the Fixed Assets Register on a monthly basis.
    • Manage statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI) and remit them to relevant authorities.
    • Maintain compliance with GST regulations, reconciling GSTR 2B & 3B & GSTR 1.
    • Implement budgets and report variances to management.
    • Prepare profitability statements, cash flow, and reconciliation statements.
    • Monitor Bonds, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit with clients and banks.
    • Experience with SAP environment is required.
