About this Role:

  • Develop Monitoring and Incident Response Tools: Create tools for system monitoring, alerting, and incident response to minimize downtime and ensure prompt recovery.
  • Participate in On-Call Rotations: Participate in on-call rotations and manage incident response to promptly address issues and minimize impact.
  • Analyze System Performance: Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks or failure points, and implement improvements to enhance overall system health.
  • Develop Disaster Recovery Strategies: Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity in case of unexpected events.
  • Promote Reliability Best Practices: Advocate for reliability, availability, and performance best practices throughout the engineering teams to ensure consistent quality.
  • Document Processes and Architecture: Document processes, architecture, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and streamline issue resolution.
