At Lyxel&Flamingo (L&F), a digital marketing solutions company, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to support our financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

This is a key position that will play a vital role in providing strategic financial insights to support the growth and sustainability of our business. As a Financial Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our financial reporting, statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other applicable accounting standards.
    • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Taxation & Audits:
    • Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
    • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion of audits in compliance with Ind AS.
    • Assist in the preparation of tax filings, financial analysis, and advisory on tax planning.
  • Management Reporting & Analysis:
    • Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reports, including variance analysis and insights on financial performance.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of our business.
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including cost analysis and profitability tracking.
  • Financial Controls & Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and implement best practices in financial management.
    • Identify areas of financial risk and recommend measures to mitigate them.
    • Support the implementation of robust accounting policies and procedures to strengthen financial governance.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:
    • Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, operations, legal) to ensure accurate financial data and resolve any financial queries or discrepancies.
    • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
