AI Solutions Architect

We are building the next generation of AI-led products and solutions that will redefine how enterprises scale revenue, empower talent, and transform industries.

As an AI Solutions Architect at our company, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling AI algorithms, models, and platforms that directly shape our core products and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
  • Work directly with founders, product leaders, and global clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
  • Drive the full AI lifecycle: ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
  • Push the boundaries of AI - experimenting with new methodologies, tools, and architectures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI/ML, EE, or related disciplines.
  • Experience building AI-driven SaaS or enterprise solutions.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, conversational AI, reinforcement learning.
  • Proven track record of leading teams/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior startup or co-founder experience is a plus.
