Lead UI/UX Designer Position

As a key figure in the design team, you will be responsible for developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. You will create high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

You will champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

You will conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results. Collaboration with development teams is essential to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design
