We are seeking an experienced technical program manager to lead complex platform engineering initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating multiple development teams and driving execution excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program planning and execution
  • Tracking and managing concurrent workstreams across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams
  • Developing comprehensive roadmaps with clear milestones and risk mitigation strategies
  • Driving end-to-end delivery cycles from conception to production deployment and post-launch monitoring

This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, program management expertise, and exceptional stakeholder coordination skills.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of technical program management experience in software engineering environments
  • Proven track record managing large-scale platform or infrastructure programs with multiple engineering teams
  • Deep experience with agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks
  • History of successfully delivering complex technical programs on time and within scope

You must have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or platform engineering. Additionally, proficiency in program management tools and agile planning platforms is required.
