Job Description:

This role involves leading the development of business strategies to drive growth and profitability. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales channels, managing budgets, and providing financial guidance to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient business operations
  • Oversee sales performance across online, offline, and exclusive channels
  • Drive business expansion through strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain alignment with financial plans to ensure profitability and revenue growth
  • Prepare and manage budgets for business units, ensuring effective budget control
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to management during business deal closures
  • Cordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and legal teams to supervise and support business operations
  • Manage Channel P&L and Channel Cost of Operations
  • Guide distributors/partners to improve their return on investment (ROI)
  • Spearhead process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals
  • Manage marketing budgets and prepare ROI analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve key finance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in internal and external audits and process assessments
  • Review partner claims and settlements
  • E nsure business hygiene and assessment
  • Closely monitor receivables and resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in monthly book closure activities and manage the lifecycle of distributors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 8-10 years of experience in Business Finance
  • Preferably from the Mobile/Retail Industry
