Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to oversee our quality assurance and control processes. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Process Oversight: Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve quality objectives.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Testing and Validation: Oversee testing procedures to ensure product reliability and safety.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
  • Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in QMS, Lean, and statistical process control.
  • Proficiency in quality tools like FMEA and root cause analysis.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
