The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design process on a daily basis, collaborating with colleagues, and working under tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues
  • Prepare and present reports and documents to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Architecture degree and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in CAD software and experience with BIM
