Information Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced individual to support our evolving customer compliance program. This role involves coordinating and responding to customer inquiries, delivering accurate security responses, and collaborating with domain experts and stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries focusing on our Information Security posture
- Deliver consistently accurate security responses and services
- Collaborate with domain experts, peers, partners, and business/tech leaders
- Partner with stakeholders to collect data for improving customer experience
- Achieve business and departmental goals
- Build and maintain relationships to enhance risk awareness and compliance
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
About You:
- Deliver responses and services of inquiries consistently and accurately
- Collaborate with domain experts, peers and partners, and business or technology leaders across the enterprise
- Partner with stakeholders and team members to collect and track process data to improve customer experience
- Populate the internal knowledge management tool with product-level information in a structured approach
- Contribute to and achieve business and departmental goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve risk awareness and compliance as a subject matter expert
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve compliance
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Experience in Information Security and Compliance, with a strong ability to deliver accurate security responses and services. They will be able to collaborate with domain experts, peers, partners, and business/tech leaders, and partner with stakeholders to collect data for improving customer experience.
