Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and coordination of the MD's activities.
This individual will manage schedules, communications, and administrative tasks, acting as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications. Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the MD.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries.
