Building Information Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to collaborate with our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating 3D models for building and infrastructure projects, utilizing tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Candidates must have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate design coordination and clash-free models.
- They will perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues in a BIM environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- A strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and BIM workflows is required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 6–12 years of experience as a BIM Engineer in engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, analytical abilities, and communication skills.
